Ving Tsun (Wing Chun) is a style of martial arts that relies on speed, efficiency, and relaxation to quickly develop or boost fighting capacity. We train a series of high-resistance two person exercises, deep forms, and strike-conditioning, in order to build strength and endurance, and to help focus and center the body.
