Ving Tsun Kung Fu (Wing Chun) was developed in the 18th century by Shaolin Abbess Ng Mui, as a Self-Defense system that can be learned quickly, and used to out-strike larger opponents.
We
practice it today for the same reasons, and through the training we explore economy of motion, body conditioning, and develop profound
relaxation under pressure.
